Ordering  

How to Order our Products

From the left side of our web page select the type of GPS System or Brand Name of GPS device you are looking for and, after highlighting it, left click your mouse to go to the catalog page listing those products.

  • Review those products and once you have selected the unit and price you are interested in learning more about, highlight that item, and left click your mouse to go to a page detailing all the features, specifications and contents of that selection.

  • On the product detail page are three selection buttons
    • "Add to Shopping Cart" is used to place that item in our shopping cart.
    • "View Shopping Cart" to review all your orders.
    • "Checkout" From here our secure shopping cart system will direct you through the payment process.

Payment of Sales Taxes

  • We are required to collect a 6.5%  sales tax from all customer within  the state of Ohio.
  • Under federal laws we are not  required to collect sales tax from sales shipped to locations outside the state of Ohio.

Payment Methods

  • We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express for payment.
  • We also accept payment through the PayPal system.
  • Sorry no COD's, Checks, Wire Transfers or Money Orders.
  • A Confirmation Email will be sent to you with the following:
    1. the order number
    2. billing and shipping details
    3. summary of what was bought and the total charges

Shipping

  • Presently we only sell and ship to the USA market.
  • Free shipping by UPS Ground is offered to any of the original  48 states.  Email us for estimates of shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Due to the high value of our products they will be sent "signature required".

When will my order Ship and be Delivered?

  • We will strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.  Usually this is within 24 hours of the time we receive your request and your payment has been authorized.  UPS Ground will take between 3 - 8 days to deliver.

Lost / Damaged Shipments

  • If a shipment is  received damaged email us at rwellington@wejitterbug.com right away.  Any claim must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order.
  • Lost orders can be traced but starting tracers with UPS take 5-7 days to complete.

Returns

You can return any new and unopened product to us for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and restocking charge, if applicable, as long as it is received at our warehouse within 30 days from the original date of sale.

Any item which proves to be defective within the first 30 days from the date of sale will be replaced to you at no charge, provided you first ship the defective item back to our warehouse postage paid. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty applies please contact the appropriate Manufacturer for instructions.

We cannot accept used items for credit or refund.

We offer FREE return shipping on exchanges. Simply contact us and we will email you instructions.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of sale.

How to Return a Product

  • If you would like to return an item please email us at rwellington@wejitterbug.com for a Return Authorization Number before sending the item back.  This number MUST be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box.  Returns received without a Return Authorization number will be refused.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued by the same method of payment used on the original order.

Exchanges

  • We will exchange any item which proves to be defective within the first 30 days from the date of sale at no charge provided you first ship the defective item back to our warehouse postage paid. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty applies please contact the appropriate manufacturer for instructions.

  • Email us for a Return Authorization Number before sending any item back
